Village Inn restaurant closures

okay, for those of us that go to the Village Inn Restaurant to eat for Breakfast, lunch, or dinner... I went to go eat at the one near me and discovered that the signage had be taken down and the building shut down.
Does anyone know why? I emailed them and hopefully they will say why. If they reply, then i will post on here.
