The previous two times I have been to the water park, both this season, the two body slides (blow out and twister) have been closed and looked as though they hadn't been used in a while. What's going on with them? Are they going to be removed? I say that mainly because right before they took out the Triple Dipper, those body slides went through the same thing, not being used for a while.

I have been wondering the same thing because the last few times they have been closed, and for me the blowout is my second favorite ride in the water park so I would be very sad to see it go (unless it was replaced by a master blaster ride from NBGS)

Hey it looks like they took The Ozarka Splash off the Six Flags website. Do you think that they are gonna get rid of it?

so when does the water park go under construction?
if there were any changes/additions,
would it take place now or during the few months before the water park opens in the spring :p

A master blaster would be awsome or a big tube shute that goes around the park.

Most likely, parts will be on site by spring break, and most construction will happen the monh before the water park opens.
That is what I observed during the 2006 expansion.

Well, I'm not sure it could or would ever be done, but my wish for WWB is a wider, deeper 'lazy river'. My favorite thing to do in a water park is grab a tube and just float around 'all day'. But, the river at WWB is too narrow and too shallow (in my opinion).

Yeah I agree--for adults it's kind of a bummer. Guess when they designed it,
they were thinking more of child safety--children (and many parents) don't pay much attention to signs with safety rules---they just wanna jump in!
