What do you think SFFT needs guys? To be perfectly honest, I think the park has a large enough collection of water rides and flat rides. The only thing I think they really need is one or two more coasters.

Nothing really, maybe 1 or 2 more coasters

I'm glad SFFTfreak that you agree!

I am glad you agree that Fiesta Texas only needs one or two more coasters

Maybe so, they could probably build one in the American Parade Grounds. I think once they get one or two more coasters, Fiesta Texas will be the greatest Six Flags park around. I mean they have a alot of flat rides, water rides, great theming, and great shows. But the coasters they have are already great! But I was thinking the other night, what if Fiesta Texas got rid of the Boomerang, and added a Deja Vu clone? I think that would be cool, but it doesnt seem likely.

Deja Vu clones are quite large compared to the origional boomerangs... and they break down even more.

I didnt know they were larger, but i did know they broke down alot!

That's more likely to happen at SFoT IMO. And I don't think the crowds at SFFT can handle a coaster as intense as Deja Vu.

I think they could! IF you can ride a LIM coaster with OTSR, you can certainly ride a Deja Vu! Why would you say that HUrricane?

Deja Vu is way more intense than the boomerang at SFFT. It's even more intense than Poltergeist. I don't think extreme thrills would do well with the crowds at SFFT. A regular boomerang scares lots of riders at SFFT from what I've seen.

LOL. I have never been on a Boomerang or LIM before. Boomerang was closed last time I went, and Poltergeist looked scary to me, but I will go on anything now.

people at sfft are looking for big thrill rides that are extreme. and no people are scared of boomerang its a baby ride.

I have never been on a Boomerang clone, but from what I have heard, the only thing that is scary is when you get stuck.

Why do you think SFMM alternate days between X and Deja' Vu?

Because either way they have to fix the other after the days over! lol

Thats a good one. Anyway, i think Fiesta Texas should get a flyer and one more woodie, then i think they should go wherever from there. I would love to see a 130' CCI woodie.

a Tilting Platform Coaster would be perfect for the boardwalk area, they are compact and can draw in som pretty big crowds :D

what is that SFFTFAN? Explain, please.

Sfftfan

well, just like any other coaster you climb a lift, and when you reach the top the train comes to a stop on a horizontal platform. the track rails come to an abrupt end, apparently leaving us nowhere to go. Than the platfor tilts..tilts...until your held vertical and the front of the rails engage with the rest of the course. And then we'll dive.

click here to check it out in action (http://www.vekoma.com)

The only bad thing is, its from Vekoma. I wonder if B&M makes these, if so that would great :D

Brandon

That looks like a VERY nice addition to the Boardwalk area.

James

no not the boardwalk. We already have Frisbee which does almost the exact same thing as that mondial topscan ride. We need flat rides thatll give us a new feeling, not just cause they look cool.

Brandon
08-03-2003, 01:11 PM
And have you ever seen one in action James? Because they don't work the same really. An inclosed one would be insane.

Spurs

I could care less about flat rides now......I WANT THAT CUSTOM LAYOUT FLYER REALY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!
