Tell us all what the worst ride to put in at the boardwalk or any other place in the park! Mine is a Vekoma SLC! :(

A Raging Bull clone! Don't get me wrong, it's a fun ride, but it's also absolutley not intense in any way. A SLC would be fine, as long as they treat it well. The only one I've been on is Serial Thriller at SFWoA, and, honestly, it was a better ride than B:TR, Raptor, and almost better than Montu.
i have to disagree with you. BTR, Raptor and montu are soooooooo much better. they are smoother bigger faster and all around more fun. and lets face it, B&M ROCKS!!! ^_^

gotta agree with you man...sfwoa's seriall thriller was by far the worst inverted coaster i've been on.
thank you. finally someone who agrees with me. the only vekoma ride that is good are the deja vu prototypes. i love being liftrd up vertically at the beginning, what a feeling.

The Deja Vu rides are good, the mechanics of it aren't. Because of it's bad design, I've only had 3 rides on it. It's capacity is way to low even for a low attendance park, and it's not reliable enough. This year, it took until July to get SFGAm's open, but it was more reliable than the past 2 years.
And with Serial Thriller, I found it very smooth, front or back, and the inversion sequence was the best (maybe I'm just used to the B&M loop, dive loop, zero-g, cobra roll, double corkscrew, with slight variations.) I honestly thought it was a better ride than Raptor. I recived no headbanging on Serial Thriller, but going into Raptor's brakes, it seemed like a piece of track was misaligned, and you could see everyone's head slam to the side. I'll retract my comment about it being better than Batman, they are on the same level.
i know that Deja Vu has alot of problems, but when it does work, it's a rather good ride. my stomach still feels twisted because of your opinion of serial thriller. at sfao and sfmw and by head bangs so much that i get dizzy. i think batman is a whole lot better and so is raptor. i do agree that raptor does have a large THUMP on the brakes, but that shouldn't make it worse that the SLC's. <_<

I'm not refering to the SLCs, just SFWoA's Serial Thriller. I havn't been on any others, but they sound painful. Quite a few people I chat with find Serial Thriller to be a good ride, while other SLCs they've ridden are horrible. Maybe I expected much worse than I got, so it was a good ride, or maybe all of you are too soft. :P I grew up with Shockwave and Iron Wolf, and those rides were/can be brutal.

If you're going to ride Serial Thriller at SFAW, I recommend you bring headache pills with you because you might need it.
