Sweet, I'm glad that batmanishere08 spotted some of the track. Though I'm still debating either if batman is just here for storage or is going up. Just because we spot it here, doesn't always mean Its going to stay here. We don't have any confirmation about the location or even If its staying. Though all the speculation is great. Over time we will get more info.

It would be good but don't get hopes up just quite yet. Even when storing it, they have to keep it somewhere.

The main thing I don't like about how it will look, is the fact that while in SFNO, it was raised rediculously at the beginning to be over water with huge supports. How is that going to look on the ground?

Yah, I know they have to keep it somewhere when storing it.... lol. I'm just saying like you are, lets not get happy and then it doesn't come true. If some one can try and take a better picture tomorrow, maybe we can confirm its batman. I know the colors reflect it, but could It be the flyer...

Thanks batmanishere08 for taking the pictures.

Thanks man.

I doubt they would send it here just for storage...it doesn't make sense to me. First of all, SFI said that Batman would be built somewhere else. Secondly, why would SFFT be the place for storage? For the last year it has been storage already...why would they change just storage location?

Even though the pics don't show much, it's obvious what's there.

Hopefully I can get out to FT really soon to get plenty of high quality pics!

Behind Lone Star Lil's was where the stored the first parts that arrived for Superman. I used to work in that area....trust me, there's enough space. The first pics of S:KC were back there, then they started being covered because there were pictures of it posted on the internet.

I'm going to play devils advocate and say this.....
It was removed from SFNO, taken to some place in Ohio for inspection. Arent there closer places to take it for "storage". That's just my thought.

I had read on www.sixflagsneworleans.com and saw pics of it being removed in December 06 and they said it was being shipped to Ohio for inspection. I was just on that website the other night, now the website is down.

In anycase, my thought was they could have stored it somewhere closer to ohio since there is other SF parks closer.

Because of the fact that SFNO is getting bulldozed. My question though is did they replace the sections of track damaged by the water? Obviously all trains will be new too because of water. Will they be 8 or 7 cars too.

Is there proof that any sections of track or the trains have been damaged?

The water was about 4 to 5 feet high in most of the park, and I think that the track sat higher than that, but I can't be certain. But they would definitely have to repair or replace any damaged track, should there be any, and the trains as well. We don't know the status of the trains until we see them or get a press release.

I know that. That's why I want someone to confirm the pieces behind Lone Star Lil's because if they're keeping them over there, too, then the ride is probably here to stay and not just here for storage.

^ Money. Thanks for the sweet pics. Even though It takes awhile on dial up. So could it still be in storage? lol. I'd say that its about 95 % staying here and is going to be built. w00t.

I'm just keeping open minded until a press release. I'm pretty sure will we get batman, but there is just that little percent of it not staying until the press release. When we get a press release everything will be just find. I'm sure a few others feel the same way.

Does anyone remember the Boardwalk Canyon Blaster?

sfft_2108 is correct. Any and all theme park plans are subject to change until a door, gate, or queue opens to the public.

Lol I'm glad SFFT didnt get that little Zierer ride...the one in SFNE is really boring. Scooby Doo (where it would have gone) is an awesome dark ride anyways!

I couldn't get pictures as the only time I saw them was on Poltergeist. They do not look like they are being stored waiting to be erected but being stored for the purpose of well, being stored. It is all to neat and compacted and for a ride that is going to be built it is usually just more there for waiting. It just has that "I'm going to be here for a while" layout to everything. There is no construction whatsoever going on in the park also. However, a LOT of track/supports have arrived.
