2006 Golden Ticket Awards |

Yesterday the
Golden Ticket Awards for
2006 were announced. Among the winners, Six Flags Fiesta
Texas was ranked #1 for shows for the 7th consecutive year,
Superman Krypton Coaster was ranked as the #33 best steel
coaster, and the lone star spectacular (our outdoor night
show) ranked #2. As a special feature, a celebration-header
has been posted. |

New Ride, Longer Season |

It's official. Mark Shapiro and Six Flags have announced
that for 2007, we will have a longer season running into the
winter (similar to Christmas in the park). Also included in
these changes is a new "family ride", to be located in
Fiesta Bay Boardwalk where Joker's Revenge used to be.

Special Ticket Offer Expired |

Our special offer for tickets to the private event on March
5th for $21 has expired. You can still get into the event by
purchasing tickets at the gate (and the tickets do not benefit a
charity/organization) for $26.99 (plus tax) and parking is $10.00.

We have updated our
New For 2006
page to reflect all the changes that will be taking place
this season or have already happened. Among the notables,
chaos will be removed,
fastlane will be installed, Armadillo Beach will be renamed to
White Water Bay (and all that other fun stuff we've already
